Straw purchasing of a firearm is a serious federal crime with serious consequences and is prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service or a sale in these cases and will report suspected criminal activity. Do not send wife, girlfriend, family member or friend.
Bring immigration status documents and a valid hunting license or permit issued in the United States.
If you don't have a VA driver's license please bring your military ID & PCS order that assign you to VA.
Federal Firearms License Search: https://www.atfonline.gov/fflezcheck/ and type the numbers 1, 54 and 25361
If background check is "DENIED" you are still responsible for associated fees.
Any firearms left over 30-days without a prior storage arrangement will be considered abandoned and it becomes the legal property of H & F Arms LLC.
$50 plus UPS, FedEx or USPS fees.
Firearms and ammunition sales are final. Used firearms sold "As-Is". Manufacturers warranties applies to all sales. Defective items can be returned within 10-days of receipt with original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies.
If a firearm is found to be defective after it was transferred to you. You must return it directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Per ATF no need for a new ATF Form 4473.
